Vaisnava's summer festival 2006
From 15 july 2006 (Saturday) untill 23 july 2006 (Sunday, untill the midday prasadam)
Location:
Camp Ostro (30 km south of Rijeka)

Since the number of speakers has increased, seminars will be held on two locations; one in the big tent and the other in the restaurant hall near the kitchen.
Fruther details regarding seminars as well as the time they will be held will be announced later.

others.

1 Eur is approx. 7,35 kn
Below are individual prices in camp Oštro (prasadam is not included).
It may serve as your general orientation that the price for two persons with the car and the tent (seminars included) is 540,00 kn (members of ISKCON Cro) or 590,00 kn (for others) per person.

FIRST IMPORTANT INFORMATION: unlike previous years, the owner of the camp will make registration and the sojourn in the camp stricter. We kindly ask devotees not to put organizers in uncomfortable situation by being negligent or by performing illegal activities such as not registering.
SECOND IMPORTANT INFORMATION: all devotees who will not pay the entire sojourn and seminars will need to pay separately each entrence to the fenced area where the big tent, stands with prasadam and paraphernalia will be located, and morning and midday prasadam honored. It also means that it will not be possible to attend morning and evening program without a daily ticket.
Accomodation 1:
As each year, there is no prior notification needed for tents, nor is it
necessary to make a reservation.
Accomodation 2:
Regarding reservations for bungalows, please contact Tulasivallabh das. He
prefers to be e-mailed on: tulasivallabha@pamho.net. If you need some
additional information, you can call him on his mobile phone: 091 522 6921.
For secure accomodation you need to pay 200,00 kn in advance, either to
Tulasivallabha personally or to the current account of Hypo Adria Alpe Bank 3210023307 (if you are sending from some other bank then to 2500009-3210023307). Total amount must be paid until 1 July 2006.

Prasadam:
In addition to the standard morning and midday prasadam, there is a great
variety of other prasadam like pizzas, cakes ect.
Prices are still not known, but they should be similar to the ones from the
previous year.
Stands with prasadam will be located near the big tent.
The big tent will be fenced and positioned on a special location inside the
camp; chairs and tables for honoring prasadam will be placed nearby.
PLAY-ROOM for children:
This year there will also be a play-room for children, opened during morning and afternoon seminars.
It will be located near the big tent where all programs will be held.
One very important requirement is that your child is 3-9 years old and speaks one of the Slavic languages.
The price will be announced in the following month, together with some other information.
