We need to communicate to all ISKCON Community the unfortunate passing of Prahlada dasa by starvation. “one day he fall down by weakness and when the doctor comes he attempt to save him, but this was not possible” as Revati dd told us.
Prahlada dasa was one of the oxes and cows (2.5 y/o) surviving near starvation under the negligence of our local GBC (HH Guru Prasad Svami) as we related to all yours since Oct/9/02 , if you want to read the full history click here.
Prahladha dasa is the ox rear the bard, in front is Govinda dasa a younger ox.
Yes, this demoniac vision is real and come from ISKCON-Mexico “protected” oxes.

Now, what do you think after viewing the following picture?
The above picture come from one of the 18 survivor cows and oxes, but how long they will stand? Who will be the next passing by starvation?
After our previous mail (september/02) about this situation, they receive the following donations:
$55.00 from Sarvasakti dd (september/02)
$25.00 US from Anupam Anand Prabhu(september/02)
$200.00 US from Iksvaku Prabhu (september/02)

$500.00 US from HH GPS (october/02) and no more from him since this date.
Our local GBC promise more laksmi some times and the reubication of the cows, but with only promises the cows can’t eat, they died. Until today they not receiving more laksmi from the local GBC and none has been reubicated. All 18 cows and oxes need $1000.00 US monthly to live.
You can say “The GBC is not obliged to give all laksmi to maintain the cows and oxes”, this is true, but he has the responsibility to make any arrangement to:
a) Search donors to the cows. Making public found collectings or direct requestings for.
b) Reubicate the cows in case to be necessary (and really is necessary).
c) To supervise his orders has been made, is not enough say “I told him, but he did’t make it” is the direct responsibility of the local GBC check his instructions was made, if not, search for other devotee to do it, and in case of extreme urgency himself do it.

3. Talk with your local GBC to made the necessary actions to stop the death of this cows inmediately in any form.
4. Keep in touch with your local autority until this situation succesfully end to avoid one more departure.
Finally we want to clarify two things:
1. Isn’t true that some rumors running in Mexico saying that Uddharana Prabhu (the direct responsible of the cows) become deviated, someone is using this rumor as pretext to not help to the cows and oxes, this is fully fraudulent thing and with the only one purpose to leak out the responsibility and deviate the attention from the real one.
2. Please, if you want to blame to someone for this e-mail, blame us replying this message, but, please don’t blame Uddharana Prabhu nor Revati dd they have too much important things to do as to maintain the cows and oxes instead of receiving your blaming, also blaming by e-mail is illegal.
